Well, for starters…Peggy is a graduate from both the alaska real estate school the arizona school of real estate and business. She is also a graduate of the scottsdale leadership academy, sponsored by the scottsdale area association of realtors a member of class xxix of tempe leadership, sponsored by the tempe chamber of commerce. Peggy worked as a realtor at fortune properties for over 4 years and was awarded “Rookie of the year” in 1996 & peggy has been a top producer in real estate, ever since. She’s a member of the national association of realtors, the arizona association of realtors, the scottsdale area association of realtors the arizona regional multiple service.

Peggy young has been on all sides of real estate transactions and understands the many phases of the sales process, including the importance of relationships, effective marketing & the ability to effectively negotiate. Peggy offers a high level of service, attention, responsiveness to every client & strives to continually provide excellent customer service with ethics, expertise, trust & professionalism. After living in alaska for 25 years, she relocated to the phoenix metro area in 2008. Peggy young services all cities within the phoenix metro area, (including, but not limited to scottsdale, phoenix, tempe, mesa, gilbert, chandler, goodyear, litchfield park, glendale and more). With over 24 years experience working with buyers & sellers in all price ranges, peggy also has a lot of experience working with winter “Snow bird” residents, helping them find and/or sell their perfect “Lock and leave” homes.

Originally from venezuela, south america peggy has a diverse background experience in real estate, marketing, public relations & journalism, plus she is fluent in spanish. She has lived in extremely hot climates as well as in the cold arctic of alaska. She understands the complexities involved in living & working in different cultures & communities. Peggy has proven that over 24+ years of experience in the real estate industry, enthusiasm and unique marketing make a winning combination.Real estate license, 1996. Prior to joining re/max fine properties , peggy was an award winning sales agent at fortune properties, dynamic properties, realty executives phoenix and keller williams arizona realty.

Upon moving to arizona, peggy worked as a relocation counselor for prudential relocation corporation.

Before entering the real estate field, peggy held a number of high-level positions in marketing and public relations for over 12 years including director of marketing & corporate communications both for a large architect firm and a non-profit organization where she was in charge of marketing, public relations, media relations, community relations, special writing assignments & corporate giving program. She was also responsible for interfacing with government representatives & officials.

Her prior work also includes serving as the executive director of the downtown anchorage association, where she was in charge of all management & operations. She was responsible for board of director relations, local government relations, media relations, membership relations, marketing, special events, budgeting, fundraising & served as organization spokesperson. She wrote & edited all special publications, such as newsletters, brochures, marketing information, advocacy articles & she interfaced with municipality of anchorage assembly members, the municipality of anchorage’s mayor’s office & downtown state of alaska legislators.

Peggy has always been active in her community. Currently she is a member of the scottsdale rotary club. Peggy also has volunteered in the past for the united way of Anchorage, downtown anchorage association, downtown community council, public relations society of america alaska, hispanic organized leaders of alaska, ywca, anchorage east rotary, catholic social services immigration advisory board, & the mayor’s task force on emergency shelter for the homeless, she was an advisory memberto the anchorage daily news.

Peggy has two adult children, robi & jessika, and grandson theo. In her spare time, peggy enjoys hiking in the mcdowell mountains.
