Relocating to Arizona? Moving from Alaska? I am your Alaska Connection!
After personally relocating to Arizona from Alaska, I can help you with the transition, not only in the change from the extreme cold to the “Valley of the Sun” but also a top producing REALTOR since 1996 helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.
I was blessed with the wonderful opportunity to live in the great State of Alaska for 25 years. I raised my two children there and some of my best life memories are from my time in the great frontier. My daughter still lives there as so many, many dear friends.
I have been a top producing Realtor since 1996. I understand all the complexities involved in real estate. I am also very familiar with the Arizona real estate market. I am a member of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors as well as the Scottsdale Leadership Academy and Tempe Leadership Class XXIX. I sell all over the Phoenix valley.
I know that you have an understanding of the Phoenix real estate market and realize how extraordinarily low Phoenix home prices have reached, especially as compared to the boom years of 2005 and 2006. This is the perfect time to take advantage of incredibly low home prices as the whole Phoenix valley is “on sale”. It is a great opportunity to purchase a home to use as a winter, rental, or future retirement home.
If you are thinking of an investment, it is a great time to purchase a rental as the current economic conditions are forcing a lot of previous homeowners to become renters. If you are thinking of a second home for the winter or retirement you can’t beat Arizona for warmth and family entertainment. It is a world class resort town and a retirement community. There are also many marvelous second home communities, adult communities, in and around Phoenix.
I am fortunate to already have had the pleasure of helping many Alaskans purchase homes here at amazing prices. Phoenix has so much to offer, and is an attractive choice for many Alaskans. The terrain is diverse and although it is a desert, the mountains and open spaces make many of us Alaskans feel more at home. The beauty you have in Alaska can also be seen in Arizona.
The sunshine and warmth is also very attractive to Alaskans. The average number of days of sunshine per year is 334! The average annual temperature is 74.2 degrees!
The warm winters are exceptional and a great break from the Alaskan cold. Phoenix is also easy to get to. Alaska Airlines alone has FIVE daily flights from Anchorage to Phoenix – only a 5 hour flight with connection through Seattle.
I hope that you will consider me for any Phoenix area real estate matters. It would be my pleasure to assist you. Please do not hesitate to contact me at 480-241-1040 if I can be of assistance.
